PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite paper container without additional provision of a drinking straw to stick in which a consumer can use the drinking straw by carrying out an opening operation in drinking, and a packing/filling machine packing and filling the container.SOLUTION: A composite paper container comprises: a paper cylindrical body 5; a lid body 6 which is integrally formed at an upper end of the paper cylindrical body by injection molding means; and a bottom which is folded along a fold and heat-sealed. The lid body 6 is formed by pressure injection of molten plastic into a cavity part which is formed by an inner mold 12 and an outer mold 13 of the injection molding means. A straw pipe 21 is provided in which a mouthpiece side of the straw pipe is positioned at the lid body inner side and the straw pipe is extended to a container bottom. |
