PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which allows a worker to perform masking easily regardless of the shape of a work-piece compared to a conventional technology.SOLUTION: A powder application system causes powder to adhere to a work-piece and includes: a support supporting the work-piece; a robot arm to which the support is fixed, the robot arm movable in a three-dimensional manner; and a removal device which inhibits the powder from adhering to a powder unnecessary region of the work-piece fixed to the robot arm or removes the powder adhering to the powder unnecessary region with at least one of discharging and suctioning.
