A loop antenna arranged in a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal comprises a metal rear cover which covers or partially covers the loop antenna. The loop antenna comprises a feed matching circuit, a ground circuit and a radiation portion, wherein the radiation portion is connected between the feed matching circuit and the ground circuit, and the radiation portion is of a symmetrical loop structure; the ground circuit comprises a switch element and a first inductor, the switch element and the first inductor being connected in parallel between the ground and the radiation portion; and the feed matching circuit comprises a feed end and an adjustable capacitor, the adjustable capacitor being connected between the feed end and the radiation portion; the feed matching circuit is used for adjusting the impedance matching of the loop antenna, and the ground circuit is used for adjusting the resonant frequency of the loop antenna. Also provided is a mobile terminal. In the case where the mobile terminal of the present invention uses a metal rear cover, the loop antenna can still cover an LTE full frequency band bandwidth and has a good radiation efficiency. |
