According to one aspect of the present invention, an organic electroluminescent display device comprises: a substrate; a pixel electrode located on the substrate; an organic light emitting layer located on the pixel electrode; a common electrode having a metal layer located on the organic light emitting layer, a conductive organic layer located on the metal layer, and a first metal oxide layer located on the conductive organic layer; and an insulation unit formed on an area exposed by foreign substances in surfaces of the metal layer.
