PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear transmission device with a wear measuring unit.SOLUTION: A linear transmission device includes: a major axis 1; a movable body 2; rolling elements 5; a wear measuring unit 4; and a warning module. The major axis 1 has long streak structure, and a surface of the major axis 1 is provided with a rolling groove 11. The movable body 2 is provided with a cover part 21 which covers the major axis 1, an inner edge face of the cover part 2 is provided with another rolling groove 211 corresponding to the rolling groove 11, and the rolling groove 11 and the rolling groove 211 constitute one load path. The plurality of rolling elements 5 are installed on the load path. The wear measuring unit 4 is installed in the movable body 2 and composed of a magnetic body 42 and an insulator 41, one end of the magnetic body 42 is installed for the surface of the major axis 1, defined as an adsorption end 421, and the insulator 41 is provided between the magnetic body 42 and the movable body 2. The warning module has both ends for electrically connecting the movable body 2 with the magnetic body 42. The adsorption end 421 adsorbs worn iron rubbish among the major axis 1, the movable body 2, and the rolling elements 5, and the warning module displays a warning signal by the iron rubbish. |
