PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device which can suppress degradation due to diffusion of impurities such as moisture, oxygen, alkaline metal and alkaline earth metal, specifically, a flexible light-emitting device having an OLED formed on a plastic substrate.SOLUTION: On a plastic substrate, two or more layers of barrier films composed of layers represented by AlNOare formed which can prevent oxygen and moisture from intruding into an organic light-emitting layer of an OLED as well as can prevent impurities such as alkaline metal and alkaline earth metal from intruding into an active layer of a TFT, and a stress relief film including resin is further provided between the two barrier films. |
