PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a slurry for secondary battery positive electrodes which enables the enhancement of a secondary battery performance by the reduction in internal resistance while improving cycle characteristics of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a slurry for secondary battery positive electrodes according to the present invention comprises: the first step of preparing a conductive material paste containing a conductive material and a binder; and the second step of mixing the conductive material paste with a positive electrode active material. The binder includes at least one monomer unit selected from a group consisting of a conjugated diene monomer unit, a 1-olefin monomer unit and a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer unit. In the conductive material paste, the concentration of solid contents is 5-15 mass%.
