Disclosed are a timeslot scheduling apparatus and method. The apparatus comprises: a first obtaining module, used for obtaining first interference information, the first interference information being used for determining whether a link of a first basic service set (BSS) is interfered by a link of at least one second BSS; a second obtaining module, used for obtaining second interference information, the second interference information being used for determining whether the link of the at least one second BSS is interfered by the link of the first BSS; a third obtaining module, used for obtaining timeslot scheduling information of the at least one second BSS, the timeslot scheduling information being used for indicating information about a scheduled timeslot of the at least one second BSS; and a scheduling module, used for scheduling a timeslot of the link of the first BSS according to the first interference information, the second interference information and the timeslot scheduling information. By using the timeslot scheduling apparatus and method in the embodiments of the present invention, interference to a link of another network can be actively avoided, and a timeslot is properly scheduled.
