<p>The present invention relates to a magnetic nano-vector for transferring nucleic acids specific to liver cells and magnetic resonance imaging and, more specifically, to a magnetic nano-vector which performs simultaneously the function of a vector having a complex structure of the compound for transferring ASGPr-binding ligand-cell, which includes magnetic nano carrier having magnetic nanoparticles binding to asialoglycoprotein receptor (ASGPr)-binding ligands and a nucleic acid structure to be absorbed selectively by liver cells to perform the transfection and transformation by the nucleic acid; and the evaluation of the specificity to liver cells by using a magnetic resonance imaging device.</p> |
