<p>Disclosed are a discharging method for a sealed valve and a discharging device using the method, wherein the discharging method comprises providing in a mounting space a pair of drums (1, 2) arranged in parallel, pressed tightly against each other and capable of rotating inwards in opposite directions, wherein the drums (1, 2) together with the mounting space form an enclosed space (18), and materials are extruded out of the discharging space between the pair of drums. An elastic and abrasion-proof rubber (13) is clad on an outer wall of the drums (1, 2), the rubbers (13) on the two drums (1, 2) lie against each other; one of the pair of drums (1, 2) is mounted with a pair of pressing devices; the materials are extruded out of the discharging space between the rubbers (13) on the two drums (1, 2), or are moved outwards by means of the pressing device to form a discharging space so as to ensure that the materials are extruded out of the discharging space. Under the action of the drums having the rubber (13) and mounted with the pressing devices, the drums (1, 2) release some space for the materials to discharge. The device operates reliably, discharges smoothly, can guarantee the sealing at the same time, and is particularly suitable for use in the industries of textile and recycled cotton, as well as the industry where the discharged ash does not contain bulky hard objects.</p> |
