The present invention relates to a feed additive for improving the meat quality of poultry comprising β-glucan and kefir as an effective ingredient, a feed composition using the same, and a raising method and, more specifically, relates to a feed additive, a feed composition using the same, and a raising method, wherein the feed additive is capable of improving the meat quality of poultry as a result by being able to improve a meat color while increasing a growth ability of poultry and reduce gravy loss and cooking loss while enhancing moisture retention capacity, by using a mixture of β- glucan and kefir as a feed additive. |
