摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-level radioactive waste liquid glassification system capable of ensuring the collection and removal of ruthenium from high-level radioactive waste liquid to achieve the stable operation of a glass melting furnace, and making oxidant harmless to discharge the oxidant to the outside of the system without the need of separately providing an absorption tower and a reduction melting furnace.SOLUTION: A high-level radioactive waste liquid glassification system is configured so that a reaction tank 14 serving as a reaction unit to which high-level radioactive waste liquid 5 containing ruthenium is supplied as well as ozone and which produces ruthenium tetraoxide is provided; exhaust gas containing the ruthenium tetraoxide produced in the reaction tank 14 and the ozone is introduced into a free board 1b in an upper portion in a glass melting furnace 1 serving as a melting unit, a gas-liquid separator 15 serving as a separation unit separating gas from the high-level radioactive waste liquid 5 from which the ruthenium is separated and removed in the reaction tank 14 is provided, the high-level radioactive waste liquid 5 from which the gas is separated by the gas-liquid separator 15 is introduced to the glass melting furnace 1, and the gas separated by the gas-liquid separator 15 is introduced to the free board 1b in the upper portion in the glass melting furnace 1.</p>
