A GOA circuit structure comprises multiple cascaded twin GOA units. Each of the twin GOA units comprises an (2N-1)th level GOA unit and a 2Nth level GOA unit, and is provided with a first drop-down holding circuit (500), a second drop-down holding circuit (600), a third drop-down holding circuit (500') and a fourth drop-down holding circuit (600') that are connected to the (2N-1)th level gate signal point (Q (2N-1)) and a 2Nth level gate signal point (Q (2N)). A first clock signal, a second clock signal, a third clock signal and a fourth clock signal are input to enable the first drop-down holding circuit (500), the second drop-down holding circuit (600), the third drop-down holding circuit (500') and the fourth drop-down holding circuit (600') to alternately work. By sharing the drop-down holding circuits, the GOA circuit structure enables each part to work for 1/4 time and to rest for 3/4 time, thereby alleviating the stress action of part of key TFTs of the drop-down holding circuits. |
