<p>The present invention relates to a method of installing a foam assembly used to manufacture a prestressed concrete beam (PC beam) and, more specifically, to a method of installing a foam assembly mainly including a bottom plate (100); a side plate (200); and an upper plate (300) to prevent a concrete remnant placed on a form wall face from being stained, to prevent moisture from flowing into the foam, and to easily discharge moisture existing in the foam, the method comprising the steps of: (S10) installing a bottom plate; (S20) installing one side plate; (S30) fixing an engaging portion to an engaging protrusion; (S40) installing a pillar structure in an extending direction of a cover keeping portion; (S50) inserting an extending part of the cover keeping portion to the pillar structure; (S60) installing the other side plate and the pillar structure; (S70) disposing a sheath pipe and an iron reinforcing rod; (S80) placing concrete; and operating (S90) an upper plate.</p> |
