<p>The present invention relates to a method for fabricating an environmentally friendly warm mat as an environmentally friendly method using an environmentally friendly material, including: a first step (S1) for manufacturing a warm mat frame of a hot water mat (10); a second step (S2) for arranging a heating hose and a non-magnetic field heating wire on the warm mat frame and a temperature sensor (25) in a space between the heating hoses (16) at a predetermined distance; a third step (S3) for applying a red clay layer (15) to cover the heating hose (16); a fourth step (S4) for installing a wire mesh (17) on the red clay layer (15); a fifth step (S5) for drying the red clay layer (15) at room temperature; a six step (S6) for applying a cotton cloth layer (20) or a mesh on the top of the wire mesh (17) solidified on top of the red clay layer (15) using a red clay paste; a seventh step (S8) for applying a Korean handmade paper layer (21) having a pattern (26) on the top of the cotton cloth layer (20) or the mesh using a starch paste; and an eighth step (S8) of finishing by applying a waterproof coating layer (28) made of a waterproof material on the top of the Korean handmade paper layer (21).</p> |
