PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling a natural-language text input to a mini-blog and the like to be used, as is, for a net transaction with a financial institution such as a bank.SOLUTION: A natural-language banking process server performs: receiving a natural-language text from natural-language input means such as a mini-blog connected to Internet; applying a morphological analysis to the received natural-language text to extract a predetermined keyword by using a keyword DB in which keywords used for transactions with a financial institution is pre-registered; generating requirement data required for a financial transaction on the basis of the extracted keyword and the registered information of a user wishing to do a transaction to send the requirement data to a system of a financial institution connected via a dedicated network; and, when the request for a transaction is complete, generating a natural-language text for responding to the user and responding to the natural-language input means. |
