<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-off valve which hardly generates turbulence by contriving an internal structure, reduces a pressure loss, and can control a large flow rate.SOLUTION: In an on-off valve 10 in which a piston valve 16 moves to a direction separating from a valve seat 34 which is formed at a valve main body 12, and a valve port 34a arranged at the valve seat 34 is opened, a main valve part of the piston valve 16 opposing a primary-side port 26 of a primary-side flow passage 28 is formed of a tapered inclined face 54 which is reduced in diameter toward the valve port 34a in a valve-opened state that the piston valve 16 is separated from the valve seat 34.</p> |
