PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sex determination method for a germ cell, which can control the sex of a germ cell of fish, and a germ cell, a fish individual, a gamete and a cultured cell of which sex is determined by the sex determination method.SOLUTION: The expression of foxl2b gene in a germ cell of fish is inhibited to control the sex of the germ cell.
