Provided is an application in tumor cell sorting of coupling an anti-HLA-G monoclonal antibody to immunomagnetic beads. Also provided is a method for sorting tumor cells. The method comprises the following steps: (1) obtaining HLA-G immunomagnetic beads by coupling an anti-HLA-G monoclonal antibody to immunomagnetic beads; and (2) uniformly mixing the HLA-G immunomagnetic beads, then adding them into cell sap to be sorted, and separating tumor cells by using an immunomagnetic bead separation method. |
