The present invention relates to a method for detecting periodontal pathogenic microbes using multiplex real-time PCR and, more specifically, relates to a method for detecting periodontal pathogenic microbes by performing real-time PCR, using a primer for each genomic DNA of Porphyromonas gingivalis, Tannerella forsythus, Treponema denticola, Actinobacillus actinomycetemco-mitans, Campylobacter rectus, and Prevotella intermedia and a probe of DNA amplified with the primer, and calculating an amplified amount by each primer pair using a marker of the probe. According to the present invention, the method can detect six kinds of microbes important in causing oral diseases promptly and accurately from a sample, and precisely determining an oral microbial environment since quantitative analysis is possible. Therefore, the possibility of having a periodontal disease can be predicted and managed for the general public based on the oral microbial environment information, and the information can be used as guidelines for the establishment of a treatment plan in a treatment process for a patient, and is also predicted to be used as an indicator for prognostic observation after the treatment. |
