The present invention relates to fermented ginseng containing a large amount of minor saponin. A method for producing the fermented ginseng includes the steps of: inoculating ginseng with microorganisms and adding enzyme in the ginseng; fermenting the ginseng with the microorganisms; and ripening a culture solution obtained in the earlier step.
