<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze document information collected and computerized for presenting it as a proof in a lawsuit and to sort the document information for facilitating the use thereof for the lawsuit.SOLUTION: The document sorting system includes: a learning unit for learning weighting of keywords contained in the sorted document sorted on whether to relate to a lawsuit by a user; a retrieval unit for retrieving the keywords contained in the sorted document from unsorted document that is not sorted yet on whether to relate to the lawsuit by the user; and a score calculation unit that calculates a score obtained by evaluating magnitude of relationship between the unsorted document and sorting symbols using the keywords retrieved by the retrieval unit and the weighting of the keywords.</p> |
