<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine for increasing value added by achieving performance display differing from before. <P>SOLUTION: An image display part 114 includes: a transparent liquid crystal cell 10 for displaying a prescribed image; a light source part 30 including an LED for emitting light toward the liquid crystal cell 10; and a shutter 20 that is positioned between the transparent liquid crystal cell 10 and the light source part 30, and can mutually switch a closed state for allowing the light source part 30 to function as a backlight and an open state for allowing the light source part 30 to function as a performance display means. When the shutter 20 is open, an LED 40a of the light source part 30 is turned on and an LED 40c is turned off, thus displaying a character of an alphabet "X". Timing for displaying the character of "X" is linked with lighting of a board lamp 116 including the LED attached to a game board 110, thus increasing a performance effect. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
