<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the stickiness of a film formed by a hair cosmetic, also improve smoothness, maintain the flexibility of the film and also inhibit the excessive viscosity elevation of the hair cosmetic. <P>SOLUTION: The ethylenically unsaturated monomer component is solution co-polymerized by using a radical polymerization initiator in the presence of a hydrophilic solvent or a mixed solvent of water with the hydrophilic solvent. The ethylenically unsaturated monomer component contains (a) a polysiloxane group-containing radically polymerizable monomer expressed by formula (1) [wherein, X is a polyether-modified or an alkyl-modified acryloyl group; (m) is the natural number; and (n) is an integer of≥2], (b) an ethylenically unsaturated monomer having at least one carboxy group in its molecule, (c) an ester of (meth)acrylic acid with an aliphatic monohydric alcohol having 1-18C linear, alicyclic or branched chain, and the other ethylenically unsaturated monomers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
