The present invention relates to a device to initialize a vehicle speed sensitive sunroof, capable of preventing a roof initialization mode from being executed when the current driving speed value is higher than a preset driving speed value after comparing the current value to the preset value when a driver in a vehicle wants to initialize a sunroof device. Therefore, only in a stable condition, a sunroof initialization process is able to be executed, so the sunroof normally operates. The device includes a sunroof initialization requesting part outputting a sunroof initialization request signal when being operated by a user.
