<p>The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a product using powder metallurgy. The method comprises: an insertion step of inserting a first ferroalloy powder containing A wt% of carbon, and a second ferroalloy powder containing B wt% of carbon into a forming mold in correspondence to a product (where a relationship of A>B>0 is satisfied); a forming step of forming a forming body by pressurizing the first and the second ferroalloy powders inserted into the forming mold; and a sintering step of forming a sintered body by sintering the forming body in inert gas. A first ferroalloy powder layer, formed by the first ferroalloy powder, shapes an outside of the forming body, and the second ferroalloy powder shapes an inside of the product. Dispersion caused by a difference in carbon concentration occurs from the outside of the forming body to the inside of the same. According to the present invention, a product, having the same surface characteristics as a cemented product is able to be manufactured by gas cementation without a gas cementation process.</p> |
