<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illumination device capable of suppressing power consumption while outputting a light color natural to a human being. <P>SOLUTION: The illumination device 20 includes LEDs for each of a red (R), a green (G), a blue (B), and a yellow (Y) colors. A control device 30, when a total of power consumption of the illumination device 20 and electric apparatuses 10A to 10C exceeds a fixed amount, issues a command to switch reference light to be output, to the illumination device 20.
