An exhaust pipe structure (15) for a hybrid vehicle (1) includes an internal combustion engine (10), driving battery pack (41) situated under a floor of a vehicle body (17), and exhaust pipe (71) connected to the internal combustion engine (10), wherein the exhaust pipe (71) includes a front-rear direction extended part (71a) extended in a front-rear direction of the hybrid vehicle (1) and secured to the hybrid vehicle (1), a catalytic part (71b) extending from the internal combustion engine (10), and a joint part (73) configured to joint the front-rear direction extended part (71a) to the catalytic part (71b), and the catalytic part (71b) is rotatably held on the front-rear direction extended part (71a) through the joint part (73) while being positioned between the internal combustion engine (10) and the driving battery pack (41), adjacent to the driving battery pack (41), and inclined with respect to the front-rear direction extended part (71a), and the exhaust pipe (71) is bent as a whole.
