In a solar cell spectral response measuring apparatus of the present invention, bias light is irradiated to a solar cell to be measured, and monochromatic light is irradiated to the solar cell in superimposition on the bias light while the wavelength of the monochromatic light is changed one after another to thereby measure an output of the solar cell, and a spectral response of the solar cell is measured based on the measured output. The solar cell spectral response measuring apparatus has a construction which allows the radiation spectrum of the bias light to be changed. This solar cell spectral response measuring apparatus makes it possible to measure a spectral response of a solar cell under each of a plurality of types of bias light having different spectrums from one another. |
