<p>The present invention relates to a heater rod unit capable of generating a high temperature hot air in a hot air welder for a synthetic resin. More particularly, a filter is formed in a lower portion of a heater housing of the heater rod unit to be detachable from outside, the filter is separable from the heater housing if needed, and a cleaning of foreign matters is possible. In addition, a discharge cap is formed detachably in an end portion of a heat injection nozzle, a cleaning of accumulated foreign matters inside the heat injection nozzle is possible simply by removing the discharge cap, and a cleaning of the heater rod unit is very easy. In addition, a cleaning work is possible in a state without removing the heater rod unit, thereby work is enabled to be simple and an occurrence of error according to a reinstallation at a time later is preventable. Accordingly, the invention relates to the heater rod unit of the hot air welder for synthetic resin which can prevent an economic loss caused by a delay in maintenance work and work hours.</p> |
