<p>Disclosed is a side direction stud welding device. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the side direction stud welding device includes a gun frame having an upper part installed in an end of an arm of a robot; a transformer installed in a rear side of the gun frame to supply a welding current; a pressurizing cylinder installed in the front of the gun frame; a cooling holder installed in an end of an operating load of the pressurizing cylinder; a stud welding tip installed in an end of the cooling holder, having an inlet wherein negative pressure works is formed; and a current carrying cable connected to a side of the operating load of the pressurizing cylinder to apply a current of the transformer to the stud welding tip. Therefore, a predetermined welding force to a base material and resistant welding through current carrying are formed while a stud bolt is installed in the stud welding tip using the negative pressure working in the inlet.</p> |
