The leaf spring includes a holder part having a plate shape and including a holder hole having a predetermined internal diameter; and a spring part formed in the holder hole of the holder part, elastically transformed, vibrated by vibrations from the outside, and including a cutting tool in an upper surface of the central part. The leaf spring is capable of performing precise and continuous processing work as the cutting tool is not vibrated since the leaf spring becomes symmetric to the cutting tool. Especially, the stability of vibrational cutting in a high frequency area is excellent and the strength and durability are excellent with the distribution of power.
