The task management method of the present invention includes: a system registration process of registering a low-position person in charge per next high-position person according to a personal reporting system, and registering a task per department by team name and group name; a job survey process of registering job per team and job per person, and registering date and week automatically according to the period of workload; an ordered task registration process of registering an ordered task and an ordering task per person, a person in charge of task, a task completion date and progress rate of personal task result; a task management registration process of registering personal task plan and personal task result; a task reporting process of reporting the personal task plan and the personal task result registered in the task management registration process to the next high-position person by comparing the personal task plan and the personal task result with target result; and a task inquiry process of managing pending task inquiry, pending task log report inquiry by referring to the task person inquiry and a reference date.
