The present invention relates to, in an LNG Regasfication Vessel (LNG RV) and an LNG Floating, Storage and Regasfication Unit (LNG FSRU) of ship types, a gas heating system of an LNG managing offshore structure capable of increasing a temperature of gas up to a level demanded by an LNG terminal at the time of regasification of LNG, and to a gas heating method. The gas heating system of an LNG managing offshore structure can increase a temperature of cold gas of LNG regasification up to a level demanded by the LNG terminal by using high temperature clear water circulated to cool an engine as a heat source, thereby reducing energy and reducing initial system investment costs and maintenance costs compared to the exiting gas heating system.
