The present invention relates to a sniff apparatus in a home femtocell and a method thereof. In order to sniff signals having frequency bands, which are transmitted from one or more base stations and are different from each other, the sniff apparatus: sets a frequency band and items to be obtained as a sniff result; sniffs a signal, transmitted from the base stations, based on the set frequency band and the set items; confirms whether a sniff result is obtained; sets a service bandwidth if the result is obtained; and executes a service with the set service bandwidth. |
