PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precoat aluminum plate and a heat sink for an on-vehicle LED lighting, which are excellent in heat radiation and can prevent adhesion fatigue in an adhesion site between a heat sink and an LED element.SOLUTION: A precoat aluminum plate 10 is used in a heat sink 1. An aluminum plate 20 has the heat transfer coefficient of 150 W/m K or more. A resin coating 3 includes thermoset resin. The resin coating 3 has the film thickness of 15-200 μm and the integral emissivity of 0.80 or more in 25°C in a range of wavelength of 3-30 μm in an infrared region. The glass-transition temperature of the resin coating 3 is 10°C or less. |
