A rotor of an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor according to the present invention includes an inner magnetic hole and an external magnetic hole which are formed in a rotor and are successively arranged from the center axis of the rotor to the outside, and an internal magnet and an external magnet which are inserted into the inner magnetic hole and the external magnetic hole, respectively. The inner magnetic hole is divided into two pieces which form a pair. There are several internal magnets. The internal magnets are inserted into a pair of the internal magnetic hole.
