The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device having a micro cavity light emitting structure, which improves light emitting efficiency and lifespan, and reduces power consumption. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the organic light emitting device comprises: red pixels including a first red light emitting layer and a second red light emitting layer; green pixels including a first green light emitting layer and a second green light emitting layer; blue pixels including a first blue light emitting layer and a second blue light emitting layer; a first electrode formed as a reflection electrode, and supplying electric charges of the first polarity to the red, green, and blue pixels; and a second electrode formed as a semipermeable electrode, and supplying electric charges of the second polarity to the red, green, and blue pixels, wherein a first light emitting layer and a second light emitting layer of at least one pixel among the red, green, and blue pixels have different light emitting materials. |
