Disclosed is a heat pipe structure wherein a surface of a fine groove in an evaporation part is treated in a hydrophilic manner to make a fluid film formed on an inner surface of the evaporation part be thin in order to increase a cooling effect. In addition to this, a surface of a condensation part is treated in a hydrophobic manner to prevent condensation on the surface of a fluid, thereby allowing rapid circulation of the fluid in the heat pipe.
