<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a system for setting a dedicated bearer comprises: a policy gateway for receiving a service quality control request which includes a public IP address of a terminal receiving contents from a content providing device, and generating a bearer setting request which requests dedicated bearer setting between the terminal and the content providing device in accordance with a private IP address corresponding to the public IP address of the terminal; and a PCRF for setting a dedicated bearer between the terminal and the content providing device in accordance with the bearer setting request.</p> |
