<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it takes time to cooling in a vehicle by an air conditioning device that cools the vehicle, from the user getting in the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: A vehicle has a boarding space where a user gets in; a tank that can store compressed air; and a control part that discharges the compressed air stored in the tank to the boarding space.
