<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning and conveying device capable of fixing the peripheral surface of a battery element body and positioning the same. <P>SOLUTION: This positioning and conveying device of the battery element body is used when joining a collector member 8 including an external lead-out portion provided at an end part in the axial direction perpendicular to the winding direction of the electrode plates or the like of a battery element body 1 and led-out to the peripheral part of the battery element body 1, and a joint inserted in the inner peripheral cavity of the battery element body 1 and joined to an exposed metal foil part 6 of the battery element body 1, to the battery element body formed by winding a positive electrode plate 2, a negative electrode plate 3, and a separator 4 around an identical center axis, and shaped so as to become flat and cylindrical when viewed from the end part of the center axis. The device includes a positioning and gripping device body, and two chucks 60 provided so as to be able to optionally adjust the mutual facing interval of the positioning and gripping device body, while being capable of gripping the flat peripheral surface part of the battery element body, and each having recessed parts having isosceles trapezoidal shapes in a portion brought into contact with the flat peripheral surface part of each battery element body, and is formed so that the winding center of the battery element body 1 conforms to the facing center of each of the chucks 60 by moving each of the chucks 60 so as to make them come close. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
