The present invention relates to a heat insulation sheet and a method of manufacturing the same. The heat insulation sheet includes non-woven fabric with pores; and first and second coating layers which is coated on both sides of the non-woven fabric and are made of polymer. The pores are air pockets for heat collection formed by the first and second coating layers. |
