The present invention relates to a display device. It includes a display panel of displaying an image; a back light unit which is located on the back of the display panel and includes a back chassis having a vibration plate and a protruding region which protrudes in a back direction; and a sound device which is located on the inside of the vibration plate and includes a pair of electrodes and a vibration material layer located between the electrodes. The protruding region and the vibration plate are formed of different materials.
