The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a light guide plate having large-sized patterns whose size are different, and thin thickness in a base area and, more specifically, a manufacturing method of a light guide plate, which manufactures a light guide plate by the following steps of manufacturing resin sheets with irregular patterns by improving a die-lip of T die; and using the resin sheet when forming the large-sized pattern, thereby preventing broken pattern or the pattern from lacking while manufacturing a thin type light guide plate whose thickness is thin in the base area.
