The present invention relates to a display panel and a display device including the same. The display device has the display panel and a driving unit controlling an image to be displayed on the display panel, wherein the display panel comprises: multiple gate lines extending in a first direction; multiple data lines extending in a second direction, which intersects with the first direction; multiple auxiliary gate lines extending in the second direction; multiple auxiliary data lines extending in the first direction; first pixels connected respectively to the multiple gate lines and the multiple data lines; and second pixels connected respectively to the multiple auxiliary gate lines and the multiple auxiliary data lines. The multiple auxiliary gate lines correspond respectively to the multiple gate lines and the multiple auxiliary gate lines are electrically connected respectively to the corresponding gate lines.
