<p>Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device having a structure, which is capable of minimizing damage to a TFT substrate caused by external force imposed on the organic light emitting display device when the device is manufactured or is used. According to the present invention, the TFT substrate protrudes from an active area toward an inactive area by a first distance. An encapsulation structure protrudes from the active area toward the inactive area by a second distance. A polarizer protrudes from the active area toward the inactive area by a third distance. The second distance is shorter than the first distance. The third distance is not shorter than the second distance.</p> |
