摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a spring operation device for a gas insulated circuit breaker. In the present invention, a combination between an open latch (110) and a main latch (130) is accurately executed by absorbing shock power generated in the open latch (110) when the open latch (110) and the main latch (130) installed in a lever (100) are connected. A returning spring (114) is installed at a side which is restricted by the main latch with a hinge pin wherein the open latch (110) is installed in the lever (100) to be able to rotate. A buffer is installed at the opposite side. One end of the returning spring (114) is installed on the lever (100) and the other side is connected to the open latch (110). The buffer is installed on the lever (100) while a leading end of a buffer rod (126) is closely installed on one end of the open latch (110). According to the present invention, the open latch (100) is accurately restricted to the main latch because the shock power is absorbed by the buffer (120) before an operation in which the open latch (110) is restricted by the main latch.</p>
