WELDING TIP CHANGE APPARATUS FOR SPOT WELDING

A welding tip exchange apparatus for spot welding is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the welding tip exchange apparatus for spot welding comprises: a base frame installed in a working area provided with a spot welding machine having an upper and a lower welding gun; a mounting plate mounted on an upper end of the base frame; a welding tip removing unit installed in a side of an upper portion of the mounting plate and removing a welding tip mounted on the upper and the lower welding gun to be worn out; a welding tip supply unit installed in an upper portion of the mounting plate in the rear of the welding tip removing unit and supplying a new welding tip to be mounted on a front end of each welding gun; a welding tip feeding unit mounted on a side of the welding tip supply unit and inputting one welding tip at a time to the welding tip supply unit as a plurality of new welding tips to be exchanged are loaded on the upper and the lower welding gun; and a welding tip mounting unit installed in a front side of the base frame corresponding to the welding tip supply unit and mounting the welding tips on a front end of the upper or the lower welding gun by being supplied with the welding tips from the welding tip supply unit.
