Disclosed is a device for dehumidification and humidification capable of increasing a dehumidifying amount when dehumidifying and a humidifying amount when humidifying. The device for dehumidification and humidification includes a housing with an air intake unit and an air discharge unit; an evaporator formed inside the housing and dehumidifying air received inside the housing; a bidirectional intake fan formed on the rear end, receiving air through both ends, and having one side arranged toward the evaporator; a water tank formed in the lower side of the evaporator, storing condensate water dropped from the evaporator, and capable of dipping a humidifying member in the stored condensate water; and a flow passage switching means formed in the water tank and selectively guiding air flowing in a space between the water tank and evaporator to one side and the other side of the bidirectional intake fan. According to the device for dehumidification and humidification, an effect of miniaturizing a product is obtained by forming a humidification water container and a dehumidification water container to be integrated as the condensate water generated by dehumidification is utilized for humidification.
